Because I love Disney, and because it's my blog and that means I can. HA!

There are some very good reasons why people love not only Disney, but all these kinds of companies like Dreamworks and Pixar and others alike.

​

First of all, I love the happy endings these movies have. Nothing is better than falling asleep after watching a movie about princesses who fall in love and marry their meant-to-be-person after a whole adventure together.

​

But I also love these kinds of fantasy because there is always something special in the stories, something magical. Stitch is an alien who turns out to be the sweetest best friend ever. Rapuzel's hair glows and heals after singing a song. Merida follows magical lights and her mom is transformed into a bear by a witch. Aladin befriends a genie, Belle marries a formal beast with a magical flower and Elza can turn a whole country into a magical winterwonderland. I can keep on going with examples, but you get the point.

The combination of these elements, with the most beautiful and year after year more and more detailed drawings and animations, create for me a story that I will always love to watch. A blanket, some hot chocolate, candlelight and a perfect princessstory with a happy ending. That's a perfect fridaynight.
